Discussion and possible action to retain the professional services of Margo Frasier, to provide expert advice and testimony in an Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) hearing regarding a contested termination of employment issue; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Executive Session is requested pursuant to Texas Government Code, Title 5, Subchapter D, Section 551.071(1)(A) (Consultation with Attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation)][Requested by the Webb County Civil Legal Division, Account #1001-1130-001-432001 (Professional Services)] [Requested by Civil Legal Department]

Issue: The ADR hearing is based on a complex legal issue and would benefit the County to have an expert provide expert advise and testimony in said hearing.

Solution: Retain the professional services of Margo Frasier.

Result: Finalize legal questions surrounding the contested employment issue and will result in a binding ruling from an arbitrator.
