Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-001 “Civil Engineering Services for the Webb County Fairgrounds & Agricultural Expansion Center to the highest ranking firm S&B Infrastructure and to further authorize the Civil Legal Department to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and all necessary fees and any other matters incident thereto.
