Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award (RFQ) Request for Qualifications 2023-002 "ARPA Project No. 4 - Waterline Extension Project (Rio Bravo Waste Water Treatment Plant to Colonia La Presa)" to the highest-ranking respondent, Ardurra Group Inc. for engineering for the design of approximately 31,680 linear feet (approximately 6 miles) of a waterline extension from Rio Bravo Waste Water Treatment Plant to the Water Dispenser site located adjacent to the La Presa Community Center Park services in accordance with Texas Government Code- Professional Services Procurement Act and if applicable with the Code of Federal Regulations §200.318 - §200.327 (General Procurement Standards) and to further authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Engineering services are required to proceed for the design of approximately 31,680 linear feet (approximately 6 miles) of a waterline extension from Rio Bravo Waste Water Treatment Plant to the Water Dispenser site located adjacent to the La Presa Community Center Park.

Solution: Consideration to accept the rankings and award to the highest-ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional services agreement to include any federal contract provisions required.
