Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications 2023-006 “ARPA Project No. 12 – Waterline Extension Project (Main Water Line on Mangana Hein Road to the Webb County Water Dispenser)” to the highest-ranking respondent, Ardurra Group, Inc., for engineering services s for the design of approximately 500 linear feet (approximately 0.95 miles) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road to the Webb County Water Dispenser site located adjacent to La Presa Community Center and Park in accordance with Texas Government Code – Professional Services Procurement Act and with the Code of Federal Regulations §200.318 - §200.327 (General Procurement Standards) and to further authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Engineering services are required to proceed for the design of approximately 500 linear feet (approximately0.95 miles) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road to the Webb County Water Dispenser site located adjacent to La Presa Community Center and Park.

Solution: Consideration to accept the rankings and award to the highest-ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional services agreement to include any federal contract provisions required.
