Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications 2023-007 ARPA Project 13 Waterline Extension (Main Water Line on Mangana Hein Road to waterlines throughout La Presa Colonia) to the highest-ranking respondent, Ardurra Group, Inc., for engineering services for the design of approximately 21,120 linear feet (approximately 4 miles) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road to waterlines throughout La Presa Colonia in accordance with Texas Government Code – Professional Services Procurement Act and with the Code of Federal Regulations §200.318 - §200.327 (General Procurement Standards) and to further authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Engineering services are required to proceed for the design of approximately 21,120 linear feet of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road to waterlines throughout La Presa Colonia.

Solution: Consideration to accept the rankings and award to the highest-ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional services agreement to include any federal contract provisions required.
