Discussion and possible action to approve contract extension on Amendment #2 to Contract #61220003661 for the Community Service Block Grant Program (CSBG) from Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the fiscal year 2022. Extending contract from Dec-31-2022 to March -31-2023. Authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. This Contract will not have an impact to the General Fund. Documentation has been reviewed by Webb County Economic Development Department and is compliant with SPOC policies and procedures. [Grant Account #2368-5170-521]

Issue: Approve submission of Grant Amendment #2 to Contract #61220003661 from Texas Department of Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the Program Year 2022 and approve contract amendment.

Solution: The Court approval will allow the Webb County Community Action Agency to provide direct services to eligible low-income residents of Webb County under the CSBG program.

Result: These funds are intended to assist qualifying clients with expenses.
