Subject:

Discussion and possible action to approve conducting Category "B" Elections to fill current vacancy as per the Governing Regulations of the Advisory Board of the Webb County Community Action Agency. The Advisory Board Shall be composed of membership that Complies with the Community Services Block Grant-Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215. The Election will be held for on Wednesday, January 14, 2023, for a Representative and Alternate for Area IX-Rio Bravo Community Center, 1600 Orquidia Ln. from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Issue: Hold an Election to fill current vacancies for Representative and Alternate for Area IX-Rio Bravo.

Solution: The Advisory Board shall be composed of membership that complies with the Community Services Block Grant - Texas, Administrative Code Rule 5.215.

Result: Once the election is held CAA will comply with the Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215.
