Discussion and possible action to authorize the following change in job title/job description for slot #2986 (grant-funded) subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service Guidelines for the Drug Court Program:

Issue: Current job title and description does not properly describe the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the Treatment Service Coordinator. The Service/Intake Coordinator is responsible for screening all potential referrals and coordinates services for legal aid, counseling and mentoring.

Solution: the reclassification of Slot# 2986 will adequately reflect the correct duties responsibilities of the position.

Result: Changes will reflect the required duties and responsibilities the job entails.
