Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following (grant-funded) slot, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service Guidelines, effective January 23, 2023 for the Drug Court Program:

New Slot	Mentor/Administrative Assistant	$15.00 (grant funded)

Issue: A full-time grant-position providing mentorship support to eligible Drug Court Participants and office clerical support to the Webb County Adult Drug Court Program.

Solution: Request authorization by the court for the filling of this position subject to the availability of payroll funds from the Criminal Justice Division Specialty Grant and any applicable Civil Service Guidelines.

Result: filling of a full-time slot will help augment the work of the Webb County Adult Drug Court.
