Discussion and possible action to adjust pay rates by order for 406th District Court Veterans Treatment Court Program Staff associated with the Texas Veterans Commission grant program and request County Judge to execute all other matters incident thereto with an effective date of November 1, 2023. The four positions do not fall under the County's Wage Plan, and are 100% funded by grant funds. All positions are also subject to annual evaluations by the Department Head, and are entitled to additional increases under the grant. There will be no impact to the general fund.
