Discussion and possible action to enter into a Construction Contract with AOC Calton, Ltd. d/b/a Summit Building & Design for the Construction of the Webb County Southern Health Facility to be located at 1301 Paseo De Los Santos (Lot 1, Block 1, San Rafael Subdivision, Phase 2), Laredo, Webb County, Texas in an amount not to exceed Six Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars 00/100 ($6,763,329.00) and any matters incident thereto, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents. Issue: Webb County seeks to construct a Health Facility to serve the county resident in southern Webb County.

Solution: Enter into a Construction Contract with AOC Calton, Ltd. d/b/a Summit Building & Design for the construction of the health facility.

Background:

At the November 13, 2023 commissioners court meeting, the court awarded Invitation to Bid No. 2023-010 entitled "Webb County Southern Health Facility-Project No. 70800001013 to Summit Building & Design.
