Discussion and possible action to correct the Commissioners Court's action of October agenda item 6. g. approving a one year Platinum Level Preventative Maintenance & Service Agreement with Southwest Solutions Group for a Lektriever File Cabinet located at the Public Defender's Office by increasing the cost from One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Sixty-four cents ($1,482.64) to One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars and Thirty-five cents ($1,729.35) and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Requested by Webb County Public Defender’s Office; Account #1001-2280-001-443000-035 (Repairs and Maintenance Equipment)]

Issue: The cost for services to maintain the Public Defender's Lektriever Filing Cabinet was erroneously given in item 6.g. on the October 23, 2023 agenda.

Solution: Repost the item to the agenda to correct the error.

Result: Correct cost for maintenance agreement and authorization to accept services as per agreement.

Background:

An error in the original item authorized the wrong amount for payment and it is being corrected by this item.
