Discussion and possible action to pass a resolution amending authorized representatives for the TexPool Investment Entity.

Issue: It is required by the entity (TexPool) to have new form signed with the proper names and signatures whenever there are any additions or changes.

Solution: Once these signatures are approved by the entity, the respective people will be able to do any necessary transactions.

Result: There will be an updated signed form at all times.
