Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of selected portable restroom trailers for the Webb County Fairgrounds Department as presented by the Webb County Purchasing Agent subject to budget availability and to further authorize the transfer of funds from the General Operating Reserve fund to the Webb County Fairgrounds capital outlay account in an amount not to exceed the total cost of selected portable restrooms and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: On December 11, 2023, Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to seek pricing for portable restrooms with trailers for the Webb County Fairgrounds.

Solution: Review and consider authorizing the purchase of selected portable restrooms with trailers subject to budget availability.

Result: If approved, proceed with the transfer of funds and order as directed by the Commissioners Court.
