Discussion and possible action to authorize the use of Materials and Supplies funds to pay for the annual membership dues with JPCA, also known as TAC Education, for $70.00 and the Texas Justice Court Judges Association annual dues for $75.00. Judge Quintana is required to have 20 hours of continuing education hours and these organizations provided the classes for him to be able to accomplish the requirements. Issue: Need to pay annual dues to have access to continuing education programs.

Solution: By approval of the Commissioners Court, we would be able to pay for annual dues with materials and supply funds.

Result: We will have access to affordable continuing education classes and/or conferences.
