Discussion and possible action to authorize the Webb County Purchasing Agent to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for civil engineering services for the El Pico Road Project, which includes the right of way identification, right of way widening, rehabilitation of a creek crossing and reconstruction of an approximate 1/2 mile section of the roadway (approximate project limits are 27°38'23.28" N, 99°33'32.50"W to 27°38'14.76"N, 99°33'54.55W) and any matters incident thereto.
