Discussion and possible action to authorize the execution of a Donation Agreement between Charco Land Sales, LLC., and Webb County for the donation of real property, known as the “Surface Estate” of Lot Number 1, Block 1, San Rafael Subdivision, Laredo, Webb County Texas, located at 1301 Paseo De Los Santos/U.S. Hwy. 83 S, said land to be used for “public purpose uses only”, said Lot shall be the future location of the Webb County Southern Public Health Facility, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
