Discussion and possible action to transfer $21,031 from the Operational Reserve account to the Sheriff’s Office Repair and Maintenance Buildings line item to pay for work completed by Summit Building Design for the 911 call center at the new Sheriff’s Office building. The amount will be reimbursed by the 911 Regional Administration Office. [Transfer from Operational Reserve Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 to Sheriff’s Department Repairs and Maintenance Buildings #1001-3010-001-443000-020]

Issue: Summit Building Design performed electrical work requested by the 911 Regional Administration to ensure compliance with state regulations at the new Sheriff’s Office building 911 call center.

Solution: Transfer $21,031 from Operational Reserve account to cover this cost.

Result: Payment of expense for the 911 call center.
