Discussion with possible action to authorize the reclassification of positions pertaining to the Public Health Services Department, Sheriff’s Office, and Treasurer’s Office, subject to approval by the Civil Service Commission and any applicable Civil Service guidelines if required, and any other matters incident thereto. The below positions were reviewed by The Segal Group, Inc. and recommended as stated below. [Requested by Wage Review Committee; Account #1001-1130-001-431007-015 (Wage Classification Study)]

Issue: The Wage Review Committee recommended these requests be reviewed by The Segal Group, Inc. and provide the committee with recommendations. The Wage Review Committee reviewed the recommendations on December 13, 2023, and concurred with the outcome.

Solution: Approve the proposed changes agreed by the Wage Review Committee.

Result: Ability for corresponding departments to properly classify and staff their respective areas.
