Discussion and possible action to ratify the submission of a Performance Statement Amendment to decrease the beneficiaries from Fifty-Five (55) to Fifty (50) to the Texas Department of Agriculture for the Webb County - Texas Community Development Program (TCDP) #712095 Housing Rehabilitation Program - Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documentation.

Background:

Texas Community Development Block Grant received from the Texas Department of Agriculture in the amount of $500,000 for the rehabilitation of seventeen (17) homes in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo for low-to-moderate income families.

Previous Court Action:

Commissioners Court approved and accepted the Webb County 712095 Housing Rehabilitation Guidelines for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) . (Approved on April 8, 2013, item #38)
