Discussion and possible action to approve and enter into a Two (2) year subscription by and between Webb County for the Webb County Head Start Program and Child Plus.net Professional Head Start Management Software. ChildPlus.net will allow Head Start to track performance standards. The subscription is free for Two (2) years on a trial basis then the court will consider utilizing and purchasing the software for future years and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Director (Fund 903)]
