Discussion and possible action to enter into a professional services agreement for One (1) year commencing September 1, 2014 thru August 31, 2015 between Webb County, on behalf of the 341st and 406th Judicial Adult Drug Program and Advance Computer Technologies, LLC. Advance Computer Technologies, LLC. will provide computer software license, maintenance and support services. The agreement provides that compensation will not exceed $12,500.000 dollars annually, which shall be payable in full upon execution and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Rebecca Palomo, 341st Judicial District Court Judge; Grant #2056407 (Fund 332)]

Background:

The Licensor shall license the software and provide the services outlined in Attachment A - Software License, Maintenance and Support, as well as Schedule A - Scope of Work and Schedule B - Maintenance and Support Procedures, These documents are attached hereto and by this reference are incorporated herein. In performing these services, the Licensor shall at all times comply with all federal, state and local statutes, rules and ordinances applicable. These services and all duties necessary therefore, shall be performed diligently and completely and in accordance with professional standards of conduct and performance.
