Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution certifying Webb County has made a grant to Border Region Nutrition Council, Inc., an organization that provides home delivered meals to homebound person in Webb County who are elderly and/or have a disability, and certifying that the court has approved the organization's account system or fiscal agent; and any other matters incident thereto.
