Discussion and possible action to enter into a One (1) year (November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2015) commercial lease agreement with the Laredo Housing Authority regarding lease space located at 6500 Springfield Ave. (Springfield Acres Head Start) at a cost of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($550.00) per month and a total cost of SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,600.00) over the term of the agreement and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
