Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order #2 to J-Starr Construction Inc., for the Casa Blanca Golf Club House Renovation Contract in the amount of $31,960.00 and the addition of Thirty (30) days. This is for ADA Compliance items and the addition of a freezer to the walk-in cooler. [Account #746-6001-8601 (Bond Series 2013)]

Background:

Contract has a credit of $480.00on flooring modification made, which was used to reduce Change Order #1.

Previous Court Action:

September 22, 2014 Commissioner Court approved Change Order #1 to the J-Starr Construction Inc., Casa Blanca Golf Club Kitchen project contract in the amount of $18,517.00 and the addition of 15 days. This was to cover additional work required due to bad weathered roof supports, building leaks and additional paint prep and paint work. The new contract amount is $157,583.24.

August 11, 2014 Commissioner Court approved Agenda Item #19 - Contract for $139,066.24 was awarded to J-Starr Construction Inc., for the Casa Blanca Golf Club Kitchen Renovation.
