Discussion and possible action to appove release of 10% retainage for the completion of Webb County Housing Rehabilitation Program in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo under the Texas Community Development Program (TCDP) #712095 - Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documentation.

Background:

Texas Community Development Block Grant received from the Texas Department of Agriculture in the amount of $500,000 for the rehabilitation of seventeen (17) homes in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo for low-to-moderate income families.
Retainage check will be released after 30 days from the final inspection.

Commissioners Court awarded contracts to Bronze Builders bid 2014-03 rehab #11 & #12 on Aug. 11, 2014; item59, bid 2014-04 rehab #13 & #14 on Aug. 25, 2014; item 36, & bid 2014-4 rehab #15 on Sept. 22, 2014; item 45 to the lowest & best qualified bidder.
