Discussion and possible action to approve a reimbursement agreement between Webb County Sheriff's Office and the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) for overtime expenses for performance period October 2014 through September 2015 for an amount not to exceed $17,374.00, OCDETF Investigation/Strategic Initiative No. SWTXS-0957H. Cash match for fringe benefits will be covered by State forfeiture funds. [Fund 168]

Background:

The Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task force agreements provide local agencies to participate with Federal agencies in operations that help dismantle criminal activity in our Community through joint efforts from Federal, State, and local participation.

The Webb County Sheriff recommends approval of this agreement.

Previous Court Action:

Prior OCDETF OT agreements have been approved. Last approval - 1/27/14.
