Discussion and possible action to accept and approve the By-Laws change and recommendations from the Webb County Community Action Agency Advisory Board as endorsed and approved by them during the September 23, 2015 board meeting. Proposed change applies to Article V Section 1 Category "A".

Issue: These proposed changes are being recommended by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) staff.

Solution: CAA will comply with the Texas Administrative Code Chapter 5 Subchapter B ( Community Services Block Grant) Rule 5.213.

Result: Once approved by the Governing board a signed copy of the By-laws will be given to each board member.
