Discussion and possible action to convert Slot #2049, Full Time Classroom Aide, with an hourly rate of $8.49 to Part Time Classroom Aide, with an hourly rate of $8.49, for 20 Pay Periods, and to post and fill this Slot, subject to the availability of payroll funds.

Issue: The Head Start program has a long term plan of phasing out (via attrition) full time Classroom Aide positions and converting them to part time positions.

Solution: Convert the vacant Full Time slot to a Part Time slot; post and fill the position.

Result: The program will be on target with the long term plan of phasing out Full Time Classroom Aide positions.
