Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County, Texas as Lessor, to enter into a Three (3) year Hunting and Grazing Lease Agreement, with a Two (2) year renewal option with James E. Kainer, as Lessee, for the total sum of $37,290.84, at $16.27 per acre, pursuant to Bid No. 2015-3 “Lease of Cuchillas and Lomas Pastures”, as approved by the Webb County Commissioners Court on September 14, 2015, said pastures combined contain approximately 2,292.00 acres of land as granted to Webb County as school lands by the State of Texas, being out of Abstract 1890, Survey 1687, containing 2,111.39 acres and Abstract 911, Survey 577, containing 174.61 acres.
