Discussion and possible action to Reject and Re-bid RFP 2015-15 Tex-Mex Building Asbestos Removal project due to over budget. [Request by Luis Perez Garcia, County Engineer]

Issue: Webb County solicit Request for Proposals for Asbestos Removal for Tex-Mex Building.

Solution: All asbestos abatement work will be accomplished by and EPA accredited and Texas licensed asbestos abatement contractor.

Result: Project needs to be done before the Tex-Mex Building is demolish.
