Discussion and possible action for Webb County to enter into a One (1) year (November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016) lease agreement extension with the Laredo Housing Authority regarding lease space located at 2801 Ireland St., Laredo, Texas (Magic Corner Head Start Center) at a monthly cost of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($650.00) and a total cost of SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,800) over the term of the agreement and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
