Discussion and possible action to enter into a Forty-Eight (48) month (October 27, 2015 through October 26, 2019) Lease with Maintenance agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb County Judge's Office for a Toshiba E-Studio 6560CT at a cost of Two Hundred Fifty-Two Dollars and Eighty-One Cents ($252.81) per month for a total amount of Twelve Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars and Eighty Eight Cents ($12,134.88) over the term of the agreement, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Subchapter F., Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Contract No. DIR-TSO-3042, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
