Discussion and possible action to enter into a Five (5) month (September 1, 2016 Through January 31, 2017) Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Laredo Community College (LCC) and Webb County for the Webb County Administrative Services Department. This MOU provides an opportunity for LCC Work-Study students to be employed at Webb County offices that will be fully paid under the Texas Work-Study Program. Students will be allowed to work a total of 15 hours per week; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Rosie Rodman, Webb County Administrative Services Department]
