Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Community College (LCC) and Webb County for the Webb County Head Start Program. This MOU will allow LCC students pursuing a degree in Child Development to complete their internships at Webb County Head Start sites. The term of the MOU shall be for three (3) years with an option for an additional Two (2) years commencing on September 1, 2016 and ending on August 31, 2019 and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Director]
