Discussion and possible action to enter into a Forty-Eight (48) month (October 24, 2016 through October 23, 2020) Lease with Maintenance Agreement between Nevill Solutions and Webb County for the Webb County Sheriff’s Office for a Kyocera TASK alfa 8001i at a monthly cost of Four Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Twenty-Nine Cents ($415.29) and a total cost of Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Ninety-Two Cents ($19,933.92) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
