Staff report by the Utilities Department regarding Capital Improvement Project Plan, Enforcement Status, and Rate Adjustment progress to be presented by Adrian Montemayor from the Water Utilities Department; with discussion and possible aciton; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Communication of project status of the Utilities Department.

Solution: Short presentation regarding issues of concern and beneficial progress.

Result: Understanding of Departments progress and objectives.

Background:

Staff Report shall consist of:
1. Capital Improvements Project Plan for utilization of 2016 Bond Series Funds.
2. Status of TCEQ Enforcement Issues primarily regarding of UV Disinfection System.
3. Rate Adjustment / Amendments Progress
