Discussion and possible action to approve, renew and extend the Webb County Casa Blanca Golf Course Management agreement by and between Webb County and Southern Golf Management, LLP., for an additional Two (2) year term commencing November 1, 2016 thru October 31, 2018, at a monthly management fee of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) per month. [Account #800-6016-6049 (Director's fees/Management)]

Issue: The current term of the Webb County Casa Blanca Golf Course Management agreement with Southern Golf Management, LLP., expires on October 31, 2016. The agreement has a two (2) year term renewal option, and Southern Golf Management, LLP., has requested Webb County to approve, renew and extend the agreement for two (2) more years.

Solution: Obtain Webb County Commissioner’s Court approval of Southern Golf Management, LLP.’s, request to renew the Webb County Casa Blanca Golf Course management agreement for an additional two (2) year term.

Result: Continued management and operation of the Webb County Golf course on a daily basis.
