Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution for the purpose of authorizing a contract with Government Capital Corporation (GCC) and Webb County for the purpose of financing Five (5) 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe - Police Pursuit Vehicles, Two (2) 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Vehicles, One (1) Toyota Mini Van, Five (5) APX 7500 Duel Band High Power mobile radios and Three (3) APX 1500 VHF mobile radios in an amount not to exceed $425,670.04, with a proposed financing term of Five (5) years with an annual payment of $90,871.15 and authorizing the County Attorney’s office to prepare and finalize all related documents with final authorization from the County Judge; and any other matters incident thereto.
