Discussion and possible action to approve the addition of a 2016 Chevrolet Cheyenne VIN #3GCUK9EJ4GG152354 as part of the Webb County Sheriff's Office Office fleet inventory, including but not limited to revising Webb County's vehicle inventory to reflect this addition, provide the necessary insurance coverage; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The Webb County Sheriff’s Office is requesting to add the vehicle as part of its vehicle inventory to be used for law enforcement operations.

Solution: Approve the addition of the vehicle as part of the Webb County Sheriff’s vehicle inventory.

Result: Utilize all available resources to deter and to dismantle organized crime in our community and along the Texas border within Webb County.

Background:

The Webb County Sheriff’s Office will utilize the vehicle and all available resources to continue its commitment to deter and to dismantle organized crime in our community.
