Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment to increase expenditure funds for District Clerk Preservation - District Clerk Administration - Minor Tools & Apparatus (Account #2011-2290-001-460105) in the amount of $3,179.00 from the available funds in the District Clerk Preservation - District Clerk Records Preservation fee. Available funds from Fund 2011 - preservation fees are currently $31,155.00.

Issue: Additional funding is needed to cover the preservation proposal for District Clerk.

Solution: Funding will be transferred from available fund balance. Preservation fees collected.

Result: Secure sufficient funding to cover total cost of preservation proposal for historical County records.
