Clarification of Commissioners Court action regarding the filling of all Eighteen (18) employee slots that were part of the Voluntary Separation Plan; with discussion and possible action to delay the filing of these slots until either all accruals and incentive pay is recuperated from within department payroll funds this fiscal year; action may include re-allocating or transferring payroll funds from employee slots to a contingency line item until such time as funds are recovered; and any other matters incident thereto.
