Discussion and possible action to approve the following budget amendment (line item transfer) to ensure sufficient funds are allocated to cover the increase in health insurance for the 406th Judicial District Adult Drug Court Program staff, according to the Webb County health insurance rate increase. Issue: There was an increase in the Webb County health insurance rates after the budget for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grant number TI081059-01 had been submitted and approved.

Solution: Approve line item request to ensure sufficient funds are allocated to cover the difference.

Result: Account will have sufficient funds to cover the fringe and benefits, according to the Webb County health insurance increase.
