Discussion and possible action to execute a Resolution for the expansion of the 406th Judicial District Court Adult Drug Court Program to assist and serve all eligible participants in Webb County and the adjacent counties of Jim Hogg, Starr and Zapata, by establishing a Regional Adult Drug Court Program pursuant to Texas Government Code §123.003, as per the Webb County Commissioners Court approval of the acceptance of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Grant Award No.1H79TI081059-01 (TI-18-008) on September 10, 2018.
