Discussion and possible action to execute a Resolution for the expansion of the 406th Veterans Treatment Court Program, a component of the 406th Judicial District Adult Drug Court, to assist and serve all eligible veterans in Webb County and the adjacent counties of Duvall, Jim Hogg, Jim Wells, Starr and Zapata by establishing a Regional Veterans Treatment Program pursuant to Texas Government Code §124.002, as per the Webb County Commissioners Court approval and acceptance of the Texas Veterans Commission Fund for Veterans' Assistance Grant No.VTC_18_0607 on October 24, 2016, and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

The Webb County Commissioners Court approved the expansion of the 406th Veterans Treatment Court Program on October 24, 2016.
