Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following Slot under SAMHSA Grant associated with grant opportunity number TI-18-008, County Court-at-Law 2 DWI Court Program, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective October 9, 2018. All salary and fringe will be paid 100% by grant funds. There will be no impact to the General Fund. This item has been reviewed by Economic Development and has been found to be in compliance with Single Point of Contact (SPOC). [Requested by Arnoldo Lozano, Project Director DWI Court]

Issue: Currently, the slot for Case Manager is vacant.

Solution: Commissioner's Court approval will allow for the position to be filled and operable under the new SAMHSA grant.

Result: The slot will be able to be filled effective 10/9/18 under the title of Case Manager.
