The Webb County is seeking proposals for the performance of ALL aspects of the operations and management of the Webb County Casa Blanca Golf Course effective November 1, 2018. The Management Company will act as an independent contractor and will be expected to provide, without the County’s assistance, all staffing, equipment, amenities, marketing, routine maintenance and repairs and services for the complete operation and maintenance of the property. The County will negotiate the use of, or ownership of existing equipment, inventories, or other capital assets required, with set procedures to be followed for approval and procurement. The Management Company will adhere to all services and responsibilities as specified in this RFP, more specifically the Scope of Work and Golf Course Maintenance requirements.
