Issue: On August 27, 2018, Commissioners Court approved item #39 in which slot #0072 (Chief Deputy County Treasurer) was to be transferred from dept. 1250 (Treasury) into dept. 1230 (Human Resources). As per the motion, the said slot is to be transferred temporarily until December 31, 2018.
Solution: Approve budget amendment to transfer payroll amounts including fringe to department as motioned by the court.
Result: Slot will be paid from appropriate department. |
