Discussion and possible action to purchase five (5) Time Clock Plus hand scanners and two (2) thumb scanners in an amount not to exceed $23,800.00; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue:
As per Commissioners Court approval on March 27, 2017, all county employees will require clocking in through the county's current biometric system. Shortage in scanners has required the additional purchase of these items.
Solution:
Purchase necessary equipment to ensure all employees have access to biometric system scanning.
