Discussion and possible action to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Johnson and Johnson, Attorneys at Law, for legislative services for a two year period beginning October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2020 being $7,000.00 per month for services beginning the October 1, 2018 through the 30th day of September 2019 (legislative year) and $3,500.00 per month for services the 1st day of October 2019 through the 30th day of September 2020 (non-legislative year), authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
